Les microplastiques peuvent p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans l&rsquo;organisme humain par diverses voies. La plus courante est l&rsquo;ingestion, car les humains consomment des microplastiques par le biais d&rsquo;aliments et d&rsquo;eau contamin\u00e9s, en particulier de poissons et de fruits de mer, qui accumulent des microplastiques.[1] Le poisson \u00e9tant une source essentielle de prot\u00e9ines pour la consommation humaine, sa contamination par les MP constitue un danger majeur qui n\u00e9cessite une attention particuli\u00e8re. L&rsquo;exposition aux MP, seuls ou en association avec d&rsquo;autres polluants, peut entra\u00eener divers probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 chez les poissons, notamment des l\u00e9sions tissulaires, un stress oxydatif et des modifications de l&rsquo;expression des g\u00e8nes li\u00e9s au syst\u00e8me immunitaire. De plus, les poissons peuvent souffrir de neurotoxicit\u00e9, de retard de croissance et d&rsquo;anomalies comportementales apr\u00e8s exposition aux MP.[2] Les microplastiques peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre pr\u00e9sents dans l&rsquo;eau potable, qu&rsquo;elle provienne de sources en bouteille ou du robinet. Une fois ing\u00e9r\u00e9s, les microplastiques peuvent traverser le syst\u00e8me digestif et atteindre divers organes et tissus, notamment le foie, les poumons et le cerveau.[3]<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>L&rsquo;inhalation est une autre voie d&rsquo;exposition aux microplastiques. Ces microplastiques peuvent \u00eatre pr\u00e9sents dans l&rsquo;air que nous respirons, notamment en milieu urbain et en int\u00e9rieur. Sous forme de fibres et de particules, ils peuvent p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans le syst\u00e8me respiratoire et entra\u00eener des risques potentiels pour la sant\u00e9.[4]<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Le contact cutan\u00e9 est une autre voie possible d&rsquo;exposition aux microplastiques. On les retrouve dans les produits de soins personnels et cosm\u00e9tiques, tels que les gommages exfoliants et les dentifrices. Appliqu\u00e9s sur la peau, ces produits peuvent lib\u00e9rer des microplastiques qui peuvent p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans l&rsquo;organisme par absorption ou ingestion.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>L&rsquo;entr\u00e9e des microplastiques dans l&rsquo;organisme humain par diverses voies est une pr\u00e9occupation croissante. Les risques potentiels pour la sant\u00e9 associ\u00e9s \u00e0 cette exposition ne sont pas enti\u00e8rement compris, et des recherches suppl\u00e9mentaires sont n\u00e9cessaires pour d\u00e9terminer l&rsquo;ampleur de leur impact sur la sant\u00e9 humaine. Cependant, des \u00e9tudes r\u00e9centes ont d\u00e9tect\u00e9 la pr\u00e9sence de microplastiques dans les endroits les plus improbables, entra\u00eenant divers effets n\u00e9gatifs potentiels sur la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-7c8abed elementor-section-height-min-height elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-items-middle\" data-id=\"7c8abed\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-ff8ddec\" data-id=\"ff8ddec\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-510667a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"510667a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">LES MICROPLASTIQUES DANS LE PLACENTA HUMAIN<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-5aec8ed elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"5aec8ed\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-625461b\" data-id=\"625461b\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9610dad elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9610dad\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Une \u00e9tude r\u00e9cente publi\u00e9e dans la revue <a href=\"https:\/\/pubs.acs.org\/doi\/10.1021\/acs.est.2c04706\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Environmental Science and Technology<\/a>[5] a tent\u00e9 d&rsquo;identifier la pr\u00e9sence de PM dans des \u00e9chantillons placentaires et m\u00e9coniaux. Ceci est particuli\u00e8rement pr\u00e9occupant, car il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que les nourrissons sont potentiellement plus expos\u00e9s aux PM que les adultes. Des recherches ant\u00e9rieures ont montr\u00e9 que les nanoparticules de polystyr\u00e8ne peuvent traverser la barri\u00e8re placentaire et p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans les tissus f\u0153taux par les poumons maternels chez les mammif\u00e8res[6]. Cependant, il existe encore un manque de preuves humaines concernant les effets potentiels des modifications du microbiote placentaire sur le m\u00e9tabolisme de l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 m\u00e8re-f\u0153tus, le diab\u00e8te sucr\u00e9 gestationnel ou les issues de grossesse d\u00e9favorables, telles qu&rsquo;un faible poids \u00e0 la naissance ou une naissance pr\u00e9matur\u00e9e. Le microbiome f\u0153tal et n\u00e9onatal pr\u00e9coce d\u00e9pend du microbiome maternel pr\u00e9sent dans le placenta, le liquide amniotique et le vagin. Dans une \u00e9tude men\u00e9e en Chine, les PM placentaires et f\u0153taux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 examin\u00e9s chez 18 dyades m\u00e8re-enfant pendant la grossesse \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un spectrom\u00e8tre d&rsquo;imagerie infrarouge laser (LDIR), et le microbiote a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9 par s\u00e9quen\u00e7age de l&rsquo;ARNr 16S[7]. Ces r\u00e9sultats indiquent la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de recherches suppl\u00e9mentaires pour mieux comprendre les risques potentiels associ\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019exposition aux MP pendant la grossesse et au d\u00e9but de la vie.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-47a2d1b elementor-section-height-min-height elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-items-middle\" data-id=\"47a2d1b\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-0d39f05\" data-id=\"0d39f05\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e5de9d5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e5de9d5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">LES MICROPLASTIQUES DANS LES POUMONS HUMAIN<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-f7c83bf elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"f7c83bf\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-a3aeca9\" data-id=\"a3aeca9\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8828583 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8828583\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Une \u00e9tude[8] de la facult\u00e9 de m\u00e9decine de Hull York visait \u00e0 d\u00e9tecter et \u00e0 caract\u00e9riser les MP dans des \u00e9chantillons de tissus pulmonaires humains afin de d\u00e9terminer si les MP pr\u00e9sents dans l&rsquo;environnement peuvent \u00eatre inhal\u00e9s, d\u00e9pos\u00e9s et accumul\u00e9s dans les poumons. Les \u00e9chantillons ont \u00e9t\u00e9 analys\u00e9s par spectroscopie \u03bcFTIR, et l&rsquo;\u00e9tude a identifi\u00e9 39 MP dans 11 des 13 \u00e9chantillons de tissus pulmonaires.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Les concentrations de MP dans les \u00e9chantillons de tissus \u00e9taient significativement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es que celles identifi\u00e9es dans les blancs de proc\u00e9dure\/laboratoire, et les polym\u00e8res les plus abondants identifi\u00e9s \u00e9taient le polypropyl\u00e8ne, le poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne t\u00e9r\u00e9phtalate et la r\u00e9sine. Les MP ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9tect\u00e9s dans toutes les r\u00e9gions du poumon, avec des concentrations significativement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es dans la r\u00e9gion inf\u00e9rieure par rapport aux r\u00e9gions sup\u00e9rieure et moyenne\/lingulaire. Ces r\u00e9sultats sugg\u00e8rent que l&rsquo;inhalation est une voie d&rsquo;exposition aux MP environnementaux et qu&rsquo;elle peut avoir des effets sur la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
